The Parties commit to complying with applicable data protection regulations and processing data carefully. Personal data may be used by the Provider or third parties engaged by them for various purposes, including but not limited to
- a) Verifying prerequisites for contract conclusion
- b) Fulfilling contractual obligations towards the Customer
- c) Maintaining and developing customer relationships and understanding usage behavior
- d) Address validation
- e) Preventing unlawful use of services (especially preventing fraud cases, excessive usage, etc.)
- f) Invoicing
- g) Financing and debt collection purposes
- h) Creating credit and solvency reports
- i) Service provision by the Provider or their agents
