Auto-Assign Clients to the Right Technicians

The automatic client assignment feature lets you choose which technicians handle specific client groups at each workflow status of your inventory. The system then assigns clients automatically when their status changes.

The right person at the right time:

Ensure that every client is taken care of at all times. The system will let your team members know when it's their turn so nothing is left behind.

Equal distribution:

If multiple persons are responsible for the same clients, the system will equally distribute the workload.

Notifications:

In-app and email notifications are sent for each assignment, ensuring everyone stays in the loop.
